Keith and his family welcome you to the Glasshouse Mountains

In the heart of The Glasshouse Mountains, discover a part of World War I history. A place where soldiers came to rest, kangaroos graze and pineapples grow. An ecolodge that is situated on over 40 acres of South East Queensland’s finest flora and fauna.

The ecolodge has an assortment of unique accommodation to choose from. Each accommodation has a story and the proud owner, Keith is happy to share this with you over a cup of his homegrown roasted coffee. Keith and his family have lived on this property for over 30 years, and therefore have an abundance of knowledge about this landscape to share with you.

Choose from many diverse walks in the area and share a laugh with local kookaburras. Amongst the grass, you can find grey kangaroos, whiptail wallabies and echidna. A special bird living in the area is the black cockatoo. There are plenty more animals living at the nearby, Australian Zoo. Which was owned by former Australian icon, Steve Irwin, best known as ‘The Crocodile Hunter’.

Your room features a comfortable queen bed and boasts spectacular views of Mount Tibrogargan. Sit on your own private deck while taking in all the sounds and smells of the rainforest. With a private ensuite and air-conditioning, you can definitely unwind in the comfort of your own privacy.
