TravelEssence processes the personal data of newsletter subscribers in order to keep them informed through newsletters and other news updates. The basis for processing this personal data is the newsletter subscription form.

TravelEssence stores your personal data for the purposes outlined above for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter.
Processing customers’ personal data
TravelEssence processes customers’ personal data in order to provide the travel product booked by the customer. The basis for processing this personal data is the booking form.
For this purpose, we may ask you to provide the following personal data:

Address
Email address
Gender
Date of birth
Marital status
Bank account number
Health information, where relevant to booking your trip
Your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to carry out the processing described above and to provide customers with the best possible service.
Processing personal data of prospects, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties
TravelEssence processes the personal data of prospects, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties for the purpose of providing information, such as newsletters and/or targeted communications. The legal basis for processing this personal data is verbal consent, the provision of a business card and/or a connection made via LinkedIn.
For the purposes outlined above, TravelEssence may ask you for the following personal data:

Telephone number
Email address
Your personal data will be stored by TravelEssence for the purposes described above for as long as you are regarded as a prospect, stakeholder/lobby contact and/or interested party.
