TravelEssence is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with the current Package Travel Regulations all passengers booking with TravelEssence are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of TravelEssence.
This Policy is issued by Yelden Insurance Company Guernsey Limited, which is registered at Channel Islands No. CMP74611 No. 88737 with a registered office at Suites 1&2, Block A, Hirzel Court , St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NN.
In the unlikely event of Insolvency of TravelEssence please follow the procedures below:
Claims should be submitted in writing, supported by documented evidence quantifying the value of the claim, to: Yelden Insurance Company Guernsey Limited, Suites 1 & 2, Block A, Hirzel Court, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2N or via email to info@yeldeninsurance.gg
Your holiday will be covered in one of the following two ways:
ATOL if booking with flights
ABTA (Travel Insurance Provider) if booking without flights
ATOL
TravelEssence is affiliated with Air Travel Organiser Licensing - licence No. 11760. Your holiday with us is fully protected by the ATOL scheme under the trading name Little Travel UK Ltd.
