A hot air balloon ride over the Barossa Valley

Discover a region full of Australian gastronomic delights - Barossa Valley. Located in South Australia, approximately one and a half hour’s drive from Adelaide. Renowned for being Australia’s wine mecca with some of the oldest vineyards in the country.

Fly over vineyards, vast meadows and rolling hills as the sun rises together with a local company. Immerse yourself in the spectacular scenery of Barossa Valley in a hot air balloon. The trip starts about an hour and a half before sunrise.

After arriving at Langmeil Winery, you will receive instructions. You will then drive to the best place to take off, which will be chosen based on wind speed and direction. You can help to prepare the balloon for flight. After the balloon is inflated, step into the basket for take-off.

The hot air balloon can accommodate up to 16 people. From the air, you’ll have a 360-degree view of the countryside of the Barossa Valley, and you will have many opportunities to take photos. The flight takes a maximum of one hour. After you have landed, the balloon is deflated, and you will make the journey back to Langmeil Winery.
