The ideal place for relaxation, with its outdoor hot tub and calm surroundings. Take a stroll across the farm and feed the friendly farm animals, mountain bike in the nearby DOC reserve, birdwatch from the hammock, or stargaze around the firepit.
This retreat is designed as a luxury, off-the-grid glamping site. It is 35 minutes from Rotorua and 40 minutes from Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty. It consists of three unique curved cabins connected by walkways, stairs and decking. To one side is the sleeping cabin, with the kitchen and bathroom cabin in the middle, and finally the lounge cabin - which can accommodate an extra couple or two children on a sofa bed. An outdoor pool on the deck outside the sleeping cabin is perfectly positioned for enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
The cabins are located on a hill overlooking native forests and farmland. The native bush to the rear of the hut is rich in wildlife. You will hear the rare and beautiful notes of the endangered kokako. And at night, if you're lucky, you'll hear the sound of kiwis calling and the native bats flying through the surrounding forest. In the neighbouring DOC reserve, you can walk on hiking trails, one of which takes you to a beautiful waterfall. There is no WiFi available.
