This retreat is located at the Pakanae end of Opononi, in the stunning southern Hokianga, less than a two-kilometre drive to Opononi township and beach. Opononi has lots to do from fishing, diving, and surfing to bush hikes and more.
The house is a two-storey, fully-renovated north west facing home featuring commanding elevated views of the Hokianga Harbour and dunes, seaside decor, and a feeling of privacy. There are five wonderfully designed Queen/Double bedrooms and a quirky Bunk Room. There are three bathrooms with a shower, a full kitchen, a lounge, and a deck with a barbecue. Laundry facilities and WiFi are available.
Jet skis, kayaks, paddle-boards, fishing/diving charters, horse excursions, surfing, many lovely nature and historic walking and cycling treks, guided twilight forest walks and sand boarding are all available locally.
