The vessel will take you across the Derwent River and set course for the waters of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. Here, you will stop at Tassal Salmon Farm, home to thousands of salmon. You will then visit Get Shucked Oyster Farm, where you will harvest oysters from the crystal clear water.
Leave civilization behind, as you sail further south. In the distance, you can see the peaks of the Hartz Mountains and the Bruny Island coastline. After all the seafood has been collected, your guide will prepare lunch. Sea urchins, oysters, mussels and smoked salmon are served with fresh rolls, salads and Tasmanian wines.
